Stories can lead us to an understanding of the complexities of life and living.

Yoga practice through the lens of story and chant is deeply experiential.

I’d like to invite you to join me for a morning in which I will tell you a story, put a part of that story into a yoga practice, and introduce you to a chant that links both.

This is a glorious exploration of body, breath, mind and spirit, heard and felt through actively listening to a wisdom that comes from stories from the past; from the mythologies that have been passed down for eons.
