Together Sally Riddell and Usha Raman are presenting tantalising workshops in which we invite you to explore your creative self through the making of mandalas, the walking of labyrinths, to the listening to of stories, to indulge body, mind and spirit though yoga and meditation, to feast on food prepared from the principals of Ayurveda and to delight in the interactions and friendships that develop just because we are women working together.
