Meditation is one of the fundamental practices of yoga. When we meditate we train the mind to remain focused and attentive on a specific concept. The result is that a sense of calm and steadiness becomes an intrinsic part of who and how we are.
It’s not easy to meditate. Like all things, it takes practice. Yet the rewards are profound.
Classes are held in Sally’s small boutique studio.
